Residential Interior Painting Services

Fresh paint changes how a room feels more than almost any other project for the money. It’s also easy to get wrong: patches that show through the finish, wavy lines where the wall meets the ceiling, trim that chips within a year. Most of the difference between a good paint job and a bad one happens before the first coat goes on.

Our crews handle the whole job. We move and cover furniture, repair drywall, caulk trim and spot-prime repairs and stains, then apply two finish coats with lines cut by hand. Whether it’s one accent wall or every room before a listing, you get a written scope with the prep included and the product specified.

Bright white study after interior painting

Full-Home & Room Painting

Walls and ceilings in any room, from a single bedroom to the whole house. We match the sheen to the space — scrubbable finishes for kitchens, baths and kids’ rooms, flat for ceilings — and keep color lines crisp where walls meet ceilings.

Trim, Doors & Baseboards

Baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, and interior doors, caulked and sanded so the finish lays smooth. Painting dated stained trim or wood paneling is one of the fastest ways to brighten an older DFW home.

Cabinets & Built-Ins

Kitchen and bathroom cabinets, vanities, built-in shelving and mantels. Cabinet painting is mostly prep — degreasing, scuff-sanding and bonding primer — so the finish stands up to daily use instead of chipping within months.

Drywall patching and surface prep before interior painting

Drywall Repair & Surface Prep

Nail pops, anchor holes, dings, hairline cracks and texture touch-ups are repaired and primed before painting — included in your quote, not added later. If we find something bigger, like water staining, we show you before going further.

Interior Painting FAQs

How much does interior painting cost in Plano?

Price depends on the size of the rooms, ceiling height, how much repair the walls need, the number of colors, and whether trim, doors or ceilings are included. A single bedroom and a full two-story repaint are very different jobs.

We price from a quick walkthrough (or photos for simple rooms) and send a free, written, itemized quote. Request yours here.

How long does an interior painting job take?

Most single rooms take a day or two. A full interior usually takes several days depending on size, repairs and the number of colors. You get a timeline with your quote, and we work room by room so the rest of the house stays usable.

What if you find drywall damage, water stains or cracks?

Routine repairs — nail holes, anchor damage, small cracks and texture touch-ups — are included in the quote. Water stains get a stain-blocking primer so they don’t bleed through. If we uncover something bigger, like an active leak or soft drywall, we stop, show you, and agree on the fix before continuing.

Do I need to move furniture or leave the house?

No. We move and cover furniture ourselves — we just ask you to put away small valuables and take down wall décor. Most families stay home during the job, and low-odor paint options are available if anyone is sensitive to smells.

Can you help me choose colors and sheens?

Yes. Bring your own colors or we’ll help you narrow them down. We recommend a sheen for each room, flag any color change that will need an extra coat, and suggest testing samples on your own walls since lighting changes how colors look.

How many coats do you apply?

Two as standard. Dark-to-light color changes, bare drywall and heavily patched walls sometimes need three, and we tell you that at quote time rather than halfway through the job.

Are you insured?

Yes. PBA Services LLC carries liability insurance and can provide a certificate before work begins.
